Yukon Bonus:

An entitlement is paid to employees, who qualify, after the completion of one year of service.

Life:

Group Life Insurance- Financial protection is available to your family in the event of death while you are an employee.

Sick Leave – Short-term sick leave credits can be earned and used in the event of non-occupational illness or accident.

Long Term Disability- continuing income is provided in the event of total disability. Upon completion of the waiting period, the benefit replaces a percentage of your pre-disability income.

Pension Plan:

Yukon Hospital Corporation – Both you and Yukon Hospital Corporation make contributions to the pension plan to provide you with income during your retirement years.

A private company offers the off-site, confidential, and voluntary, employee assistance program. Services include referral services and a short term counseling program to assist employees to deal with a range of personal, family and workplace concerns.
