There are two Bargaining units at the Whitehorse General Hospital.

The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada: (P.I.P.S.C.)

This collective agreement covers registered nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

The Public Service Alliance of Canada: (P.S.A.C.)

This collective agreement covers all other union positions in the Hospital.
