
Patients can expect homemade, well-balanced and nutritious food, while staying at Watson Lake Community Hospital. Our patient menu is rotated on a continuous basis – and prepared in the hospital – to serve fresh options that meet a wide variety of requirements, including special diets (vegetarian and diabetic, etc.).
Patient Meal Service
Patients are served three meals daily along with individualized snacks.
- Breakfast – 8:45 am
- Lunch – 12 pm
- Dinner – 5 pm
- Evening snack – is available on request
Meals are modified based on patient food preferences and allergies/intolerences.
Patient Lounge
Our patient lounge, located close to our inpatient and emergency units, has bread, snacks, juice, tea, water and ice along with fridge, coffee pot, kettle and toaster.
